Dont know if you already have checked the tap hot water temperature with a thermometer it should be around 55oC the temperature can be adjusted by rotating the knob.
sometimes by rotating the adjusting knob through all of its travel a couple of times can dislodge scale and improve performance. Remember these boilers have a knack of fxxxxxx around and the blender valve could leak water out of the blender spindle although a rare occurrence.
