Primer for brick prior to PB adhesive

Hi all

Could you reccomend a primer to use on bare brick prior to using D&D drywall adhesive.

We have taken the old plaster off but the surface is still got remains of a fine coat of plaster thats not easy yo get off, so was thinking a primer might be needed?


Sbr comes up a lot but not sure if its compatable

I was advised to use Febond Blue Grit / Bostik Green Grit / Thistle BondIt

Thanks for the reccomendations, i looked those up and it refrences a lotto being primer for plaster, so will adhesive come into the same catagory?

PVA diluted.

You don't need to prime, just control the early suction.
