Hi, I'm not sure that where i should ask my question but here it goes. I'm trying to test this WiFi AC2 BEOK thermostat I want to connect it to my smartphone and I downloaded the mention app in this manual and I'm doing the steps as mentioned in this manual. but I can't connect my phone to this device. The WiFi symbol blinks rapidly but the phone can't find the device. i used a simple WiFi SSID and password. what should i do to solve this problem? Has anyone had the same problem? any help is appreciated.

Hi, sorry - what do you mean when you said you used a simple WiFi SSID and password?
The SSID and password should be that of your existing WiFi network - anything else and it just won't work!
