Problems with Vaillant Ecotec Pro 24 boiler and Danfoss ther

Surely it can't be the boiler that's wired wrong??

As the stat is wired correctly its gotta be the boiler wiring, is it the new style ecotec ? (no knobs on the front)

Yea Picasso is right actually 4 isn't used in this install

Although it is still wired badly

Link must still be in on the boiler

Then as bunnyman and gasservice said on page 1..... the 24v link has probably been left in place and the stat will do nothing until its been taken out.

This it's what's different you haven't got a wire in terminal 4 for starters.

I have wired hundreds of these.

What does the wire from T4 connect to in the boiler?

It doesn't on a combi I was confused.

Installer should have removed it if fitting 3rd party controls

Its not difficult to remove the 24v link (its in the instructions),

I wasnt being a picky fooker just never used ch off .
