Hi again.

I have tiled my kitchen and am going to carry on through into the living room and get rid of that **** laminate floor that I loathe. :D

Under the laminate is those 2 mm vinyl tiles that are stuck down with a tar like substance. I am removing them but need to know if I need to PVA the concrete floor (with the tar residue) or will I be ok to tile straight over.

Cannot give you a pic at the moment sorry.

Thanks

No need with a decent tile adhesive over concrete (this includes your old vinyl tile adhesive). If you're tiling over vinyl tiles, use a powdered flexible adhesive.
