Hey all,

First time posting here, hoping you guys can help me with a problem with my PVC door.

The problem is that after pushing the handle up to lock it is hard to turn the key. If you hold the handle up pushing the key will turn to lock.

It was installed in April this year and the guy said it may need adjusting but I am unsure how to adjust it properly. I have turned the screws in the photo but this improves it for a while. Does anyone know how you should adjust it in the proper way?

Many thanks

when the door was glazed was it toe and heeled properly ? if not this can cause your door leaf to drop so the lock may not be lining up because of this.

it may be worth de-glazing and putting some packers into the top of the door to lift the leaf.

hope this helps?
