Looking for a smarter way to manage your heating this winter? We’ve been testing the new Aqara Radiator Thermostat W600 to see how quiet, accurate and easy it is to use around the home. Click here read our review.
I also just checked the signal in engineer mode and it seems both the shock and the MC elements are showing as zero signal, which tells me for some reason this sensor is not communicating with the panel.
So I am thinking I should just delete it from the wireless device list, and both shock and MC back via the learn process. If it fails, then it's a new MC1 needed.
Seems sensible, or anything I haven't thought about?
Yes that sounds good. Did u take the device to the panel location and check the signal ? You will also need to recalibrate the shock sensor if you can get it learned back on. Arrow on inertia barrel should be pointing upwards and 1 click negative before u do this.

I did and it didn't recognise it i.e 0 signal, seems like it's lost its registration to the panel or is just simply faulty. Thanks for the tip on how to install
