Quadrant Shower Screen - track and side glass profiles misaligned

We are installing a shower screen onto the supplied shower tray. Tray is fine but weeks later, when we are finally ready to fit the enclosure, there appears to be a problem. Waiting to hear back form Victorian Plumbing but essentially the two side glass curved profiles only match the track (top and bottom) profiles at the bottom or top, but not both. That is, the LH side had the top matching but not the bottom and vice versa on the RH side. The glass does not sit properly on/under the curved track profiles - using the clips supplied is a waste of time as they spring off or stick out on one side hopelessly as are meant to be screw on striaght with very short screws. See photos. Anyone had this problem? Any solutions (trying to bend the tracks appears the only one we can think of), or should we expect replacements from Victorian Plumbing? Thanks!

Are these the fixed glass panels?

Ours are not curved, but flat.

Have you got them the right way up?

Are they handed? IE one for one side and one for the other?

Thanks. They are the fixed glass panels, with a slight curve, getting more pronounced towards the middle of the quadrant edge.

Not possible to have them upside down - both panels are the same - we switched therm around to check but still get the misalignment sadly.

Stored them flat in the original packaging, so are completely bemused at the mo.

If it turns out to be faulty then get a replacement. If you try and adjust it yourself and do any damage then it will be on your shoulders. They may have supplied incorrect parts.
