this one isnt eclectically heated, only water ( thru Hep2 PLASTIC piping, all the way to the boiler)
BTW yes Im sure I would be jumping if I get a "belt" as you say, from the Spanish kitchen appliance, but I dont read about that many tourists etc who Do get zapped! _ maybe its 'cos most just eat out! ( or maybe we are just way over the top with our safety regs?)
