Quick and cheap flooring for cafe to last 6 months

I have a cafe with laminate flooring that recently had some water damage and needs replacing but we are having a full refit in 6 months with a whole new floor so just need to put in something cheap that can last us until then, preferably something I can do myself. Can anyone recommend anything?

6 or 12mm ply if you want it to look interesting, perhaps lino or vinyl

Lino or vinyl
Buy local and cut to fit. I've done it a few times. Not my Trade but was tidy. Took a couple of hours as I was slow marking and cutting
