Radiator issue!

I had a Potterton HE regular boiler installed last year and just lately appear to be having issues with my radiators coming on when the heating is switched off at the heating control panel. (The control panel and room stat were also changed at the same time along with thermostatic radiator valves). Just wondering whether you're able to offer any advice as to what may be causing this to happen?

Either the 3 port valve or the ch 2 port valve sounds as though it needs looking at/ changing. Sounds like it is stuck open on ch.
