hi,

usually these are vertically mounted. However, I will have 15mm copper straight out of wall and want to put this into the l/s but this means mounting it horizontally. I suppose this makes no difference however I've never seen it like this so was wondering on other opinions???
I no I could put a 90 bend to get it vertically but this would raise my rad up and I wont have the room.

Is this a problem?

thanks all

thought so, thanks :D I have also found some corner valves which seem good, but pricey

also, the little amount of copper that will come from floorboards to rads will be mostly behind skirting but will be in plaster for little bit. Is gaffer tape sufficient or do I need to think about conduits etc?
