I thought I would try a new image to look more serious, a bit like popping a pair of glasses on even if you dont need them, but me being so good looking makes little difference. I just cannot help looking so fantastic, exciting and fresh however much I try to not.

Massive things are going on which are not yet understood. There will no doubt turn out to be multiple causes. Some economic but some sociological and some psychological. Voters no longer want to face hard choices and won't vote for politicians who tell the truth. Deep down people might actually want a war.

The problem is that the state has become so bloated that tens of millions now rely on it for their income.
That is the predicament the entire western world now battles with.
They have unwittingly made vast swathes of the voting public reliant on handouts to the point where the claimants are literally calling the shots on who is elected, or who isn't.
It's very similar to how the NHS has become a deity, of sorts, over recent years.
Give them free stuff and they'll vote for me.
It never ends well.

I completely agree, I myself have never held my hand out for anything (other than awards that I have received) I have always maintained that you should only start a family when you can afford to do so, get married is the same principle. Nowadays people are getting married and having families on the dole. It has become a career option having children.
