Hi,
My house has two separate 30ma RCD's wired directly from the meters, one is for the house domestic circuits going to the CU and the other one is from the economy seven meter going to a separate CU.
I noticed that the RCD's have been wired up with the feed going to the bottom terminal and the output out of the top. I thought RCD's needed to be wired with the feed to the top.
Also, as the RCD's have been wired directly from the meter tails there is no way of isolating the supply to change the RCD without pulling the incoming 100A fuse, that seems incorrect.
What do you think??.
