I've got a 3-bed, 2-storey mid terrace built in about 1900. The roof is slate, and doesn't look to be in a good state of repair (missing/slipped slates, and alot of slates are cracked and broken). However, the timber frames underneath appear to be in good condition.
Would anybody be able to give me a rough ball-park figure on how much it's likely to cost to re-tile the whole roof? I was thinking maybe £3-5k including labour.
