Ready made small stud wall?

I'm looking to build a little stud wall 1 metre wide by normal house room height. Would be great if it came ready finished if possible. Due to my age and health I wouldn't be able to build stud wall (timber, plasterboard, finish) myself. I would need 2 of these panels I would join at corner to produce an 'L' shape. Hopefully someone makes off the shelf?. It's to house an electrical appliance within a room. Thanks

if you dont get any joy here, I suggest you go to UKworkshop forum and ask on there -its a site for woodworking hobbyists and professionals, you might find a hobbyist retiree who could knock up such a thing for mates rates

It's not just the wall construction then, but the fitting and finishing you require someone to carry out.

You need a general builder.
