1) Any idea what “bonding required before first tee” means?

this was written on my gas safety certificate (CP-12).

I have tried to look it up and I think it is something to do with a plumbing joint (for a radiator?). Does a plumber need to do this?

2) radiator valve leaking. Does this mean I need a new Valve? Can I replace this myself, or do I need a plumber?

Thank you

1) Main Bond (earth wire) should be fixed close to where the pipe enters the house.

If it is after a Tee you might one day decide to cut off one leg, leaving the bonding on the redundant, disconnected bit of pipe that you've cut off.

It means earth bonding (electrical) wouldnt bother about it if I was you, a leaking radiator valve has absolutely nothing to do with a CP-12
