Remember Gina Miller ......who'd have guessed she helped brexit !

A large majority of ceres posts are in GD.

Predictable.

I should think so, seeing as this is a DIY site.
It makes sense that a typical user should post a few questions on various DIY subjects, but not necessarily the majority.
Then there are the helpful pros who offer their advice (gratefully received).
And all sorts in between.

Hence the other sections, but you already knew that.
Hence posting a large number in GD is not helping diyers. Perhaps you didn't know but some people just come on DIYnot to criticise others.

Who would have thought.

Are there?

are you saying that he has no place posting on diynot?
Everyone is welcome on DIYnot as long as they keep to the rules. However, it is easy to spot the wannabee builders and those that just come on here to wind other people up.

I just wanted to check that you were being truthful. So I've done a quick and dirty count. How many do you think would qualify as 'many'?
when was the last time you posted in any DIY fora?
2018

when did Notch last post in a DIY fora?
yesterday

and getting on for 2000 posts in DIY does count as many
