Hoping someone can help with me getting this TRV off. It is a Satchwell and I seem to have undone everything that need's undoing. Is it a case of a little force needed to remove the valve? It seems to have the pipe going up in to it still. Here is a pic hoping someone can help?

Yes, If you twist the body it should unstick - but don't damage the pipe! Or a smart tap upwards. May be glued by sealant, in which case heating it will help.
There's an olive at the top of the pipe, pressed into the valve.

Indeed a few twists and a bit of force has done the trick. New valve in place without any leaks :D
