Removing brickwork safely.

Hi,
I may have to replace the spalled bricks shown in the photo.
Is it safe to remove them all in one go? It's below a bay window.

Probably, but go very gentle to try and keep the plinth bricks as they are, pointing colour will inevitably not quite match, so be visible if the plinths aren’t redone
