Is there any tips how to remove stubborn tap cartridges from tap . I know to hold abit of waster pipe over tap for better leverage but this one is still very tight .

Or is it new taps ?

Thanks

If it's really as bad as that, it may be best to remove the tap, wrap it in a rag and hold it firmly in a vice.....and then get stuck in with a bigger spanner!
John :)

Yer gathered as much. If I was to remove tap I would just replace with new.

Just read heating it up with blow lamp might help.

Brings back memories this one,
Where I had adjustables on the cartridge held the tap spout with the other hand and ended up down the hospital with a smashed little finger.
So now use a box spanner on the cartridge and a steel tube to hold the spout, usually does the job.
