I have tiles to remove from a steel stud and plasterboard wall.

Only concern is that on the other side of the wall is another tiled bathroom.

I know the wall is flexible but am I likely to get away without disturbing the other side? Won't be an absolute disaster if I do as I have to redo that one next year (don't like the central tap on the bath and shower is to upgrade.

To minimise the risk of damaging these tiles next year am I better:
  1. Putting up a second stud wall with a small gap?
  2. Double boarding?
  3. Extra thick plasterboard?
What does the panel think?

Title should read "steel"
