Hello, we have 8 of these doors overall, and I would like to remove the varnish in order to repaint it accordingly, is there a quick and somewhat quiet way to remove it?

180 grade sand then clean with meths. Zinsser BIN one coat with a mini form roller as an adhesion primer.
2 waterbased undercoats then your top coats

Am I able to apply varnish stripper and scrape it off? It is plywood.

Hand sanding is probably the quietest, but very labour intensive so you could use a rotary orbital sander with suitable grit paper and dust extraction. I have never got good results with a heat gun but that and varnish stripper are the other two options, be aware that strippers are much weaker than they used to be for environmental reasons.

FYI/everyone @blup

Paint striper bought in 5+lt is the good stuff I heard.
Under 5lt is naff for DIY market

Just sand it down by hand.

What, worried it will take too long?

Then do it quickly.

The finest piece of advice ever given to me.

How I didn't throttle him, I'll never know...
