Removing wall between dining and kitchen

I would like to remove the wall between dining and kitchen but I am not sure if it is supporting something. Could anybody help me please with an advice?

Having a better look, I have found a timber lintel for the door and a thick concrete one for the window. Could I maybe replace them both with a steel long one, from one end to another?
 
No, are bearing on that piece of timber going through the worktop.
Pretty ridiculous, anyway.
