Renault Megane 1996 ELECTRI PROBLEMS

HI GUYS
wE HAVE A BIG PROBLEM WITH OUR CAR AS ONE DAY DRIVING HOME IT JUST STARTED MAKING SQUIKING SOUND INSIDE DUSH BOARD ON DRIVERS SIDE AND ALL THE LIGHTS ON DUSHBOARD STARTED FLASHING WE CAN NOT EVEN USE INDEX NOR WIPER ACTULLY EVERYTHING APART FROM LIGHT HAS GONE CRAZY.ANY IDEAS WHAT COULD IT BE?

Battery is fine as i have checked it as a fist thing.

well i was working on it over the weekend.it did start on friday but now it does not as i moved a checked few fuses.Everything started working but it blown the fuse for rear wiper (it is the same fuse as for imobiliser ) and only one light stayded on so I changed it and now we have another problem.the light on imobiliser doesnt flash and and car would not start but im am sure engine is 100% fine we had mechanic around.im manual it says that after you fixed the problem that the light is not on any more you must be able to lock the car remotely otherwise the car would not start.this is the case car doest react to signal i think.but the central locking work as you can use the the button from inside.as soon as you put the key into ignition ant turn as you would want to start imobiliser starts flashing and the engine would not star its just turnig and turnig.I must also say that the rear wiper and lights worked on friday when I driven it home.but I had to try few times because imobiliser would not tur off for longer than 10 seconds i managed and drowned it hame.than i started checking the fuses......
batery is fine
changed the bateries int the key nothing changed.
now? completly lost.
