repair anything disk

I bought a fix it all disk-but cant use it cos i cant open the files .Some of the stuff looks like its in code --is it encrypted?if so how do i undo it?

Perhaps you need something to fix it.

Seriously though, I think we need some more details about the disk. How about some file names. Are the files zipped? In which case you will need winzip.

More info needed ... umpteen zip type compressors ... Utilities by the hundred .. Not too many good 'uns tho'
