Repairing his roof from wind damage

I know it's a picture but how much would you expect this roof to costa to repair. I've had a few people come over and said they will get back to me. They only looked at roof and are basing their quote on that information.

Also as a additional point . If I was to put new soffit and facia on this roof- is it just a case of of fixing on top of existing facia?

The picture is not enough. One needs to see height, Access. Condition of the rest of the verge.
Fascia in UPVC you can strip down the existing and replace with solid jumbo type board.
You could use Cappit UPVC that fixes over the existing Assuming its not rotten
Be sure to fit an underlay support tray at the same time..

3 or 4 tiles, re-bed a ridge and a bit of pointing..couple hundred max.
