In renovating our house we went round pulling all the old plastic architraves and window fillets from all the windows and pvc doors inside before having the house re-plastered. We are prepping everything now getting ready to decorate and trying to clean up the windows.

Lots of dirt and plaster dust and mist coat paint on the window frames. We have cleaned off most of it but the from removing the old plastic window fillets and architraves there is still some hard plastic / glue left on the frames.

We have tried to carefully scrape away all the raised bits with a small blade, bits of snapped plastic and glue etc. It looked fine as we where doing it but when shinning a light on the frames you can see its scratched up and theres a few nicks and small gouges in the frames now from the razor. The scratches are not deep.

Is there any kind of pvc surface filler type thing out there that can help here, or what can we do to help restore the frames. Both scratches and chips.

Not really anything DIYable if they are bad, If its beyond Tcut and cleaning.
You could get a "magic man" type company in but could cost nearly as much as new windows. Wouldnt hurt to send off some photos for an estimate.
PVC repair kits are an art form to use.

Probably easiest and cheapest to fit new pvc trims. Even if its just fitting them flat to the frame to cover the marks
