Replace doors and frame vs painting

Hello everyone,
I'd like to renovate my internal doors and I am considering replacing frame and doors rather than paint them.
I feel that painting old white doors will never look nice as new ones.
How long would it take replacing five doors and frame; it is an expensive project?

Are you talking DIY or getting a chippy in?

If getting a guy in for 5 doors I would say allow day and a half to fit the frames (if you have removed the old ones) and then a day and half to fit the doors. I know guys that can do it quicker but it may be a rough job and thats not what you want.

Hi, cannot say how old.. the house was built in the sixities but I guess these are not the original doors...
