Replacement Combi Boiler Question

If vaillant are such good boilers how come everyone knows the aftersales and tech lines are so bad.
This would tell me they are having problems with them . I dont want to know if aftersales service is good because that means my customers have a boiler that has broke down
 
I have grief with vaillant tech trying to get through,but apparently it has been improved lately they spent huge amounts monies on it and advertising

Never have any issues with Ariston tech support very helpful and easy to get through with no premium numbers ,their local engineer even helped me to commision couple solar systems 2 years ago and that cost me nothing ,What other company provides you an engineer for whole day at no cost to yourselves?
