Replacement for Gledhill Boilermate III

Thanks for the reply and I understand this to be the case. However, I had understood that new or upcoming regulations would require any new boiler being installed would have to be condensing therefore rendering my BM useless for the reason you state. Is this the true or not?

that depends on whether your new boiler is running as gas4you suggested. it will work.....maybe not particularly efficiently.

ive seen plenty working without any issues.
