The slates on my roof are slipping and are probably about 100years old by now so the whole lot needs replacing, its not listed so I was wondering if the metal plastic coated tile sheets would be an adequate replacement, as they look easier and quicker to fix. Does metal sheet = condensation or would felt underneath stop this? Thanks
PS I am not worried about replacing slates with clay tile lookalikes as there are both in the local area
