My house has a lot of brass crabtree switch and sockets.... ten doubles in the kitchen alone. I am swapping them for mk white fittings. Do you think I can sell the brass ones on eBay and is a job lot type thing the way to do it? Most are hardly used so too good for tip.

Are there any legal reasons against selling used sockets etc? Also with part p etc I adduced swapping like for like in kitchen is ok?

Thanks

Swopping your sockets / switches isn't notifiable under part p.
You can try selling them anyway you like, as long as the description is accurate.

Try them as a job lot, on the other hand it may be worth seeing what brass is fetching as scrap.
