Ok one last thing at the bell box as it is in the picture put a piece of wire in hold off - ( green ) strip the end back and touch it to the TRIG terminal ( this should make the bell ring )

Hi sparkymarka update I ordered new bell box arrived today fitted and all is well. Who would think new box was faulty on it's way back to seller tomorrow
