Volvo s60 D5 02 plate. dodgy reversing light switch. have to hold gear lever to keep them on. how easy is it to get to ?

Not sure, some of the other guts probably know.
Look for a 2 wire stitch on the gearbox. It will be identical to the new one.
Usually not a difficult job. Disconnect the wiring harness and unscrew the switch.
Just be careful you are taking out the correct switch as there will be more than one sensor/switch on the gearbox.
