Why would I try and tell you Venezuelan oil belongs to America, of course it doesn't, it belongs to Venezuela.

Incidentally, I read yesterday that Netanyahu has a ten year plan to reduce aid from the US to zero. That suggests to me he's placing a bet on longer term security in the area.
