There are numerous Jewish Denominations of which some believe the Tanakh is an Ideology and Way of Life while others accept that parts are outdated and should be ignored, which also appears to be the way with the Holy Bible.
Most Jews and Christians including the Rabbis, Priesthoods and Ministries are philosophical enough to accept that certain actions and beliefs from thousands of years ago are not acceptable in this day and age.
However, many of the Imams, Muftis and Islamic Scholars believe that the Quran and Hadiths should be followed to the word and that is the way that they preach and expect their congregations to follow.

Now you've claimed that MSF, UN, the ICC have confirmed what you said, that Iran have done and will use civilians as Human Shields.
