Please help!

I stupidly ran out of oil, have now had some delivered. I know there's probably air in the pipe/burner (?) now that I need to bleed before putting the heating back on. I've got the red cover off and I know the valve is the hexagonal thing on the left, but I don't know exactly what to do, what order, what buttons to press etc. I really need a basic, step by step guide.
My ex used to do this, I should have watched how he did it!
Any help massively appreciated, it's freezing.

Can you see a bright flexible pipe that leads into the burner unit?
If you can slacken one end of it with an adjustable spanner and allow fresh kero to come out and expel any air, the burner should start up ok after that.
Pics will help if you are still unsure.
John :)

Undo the allen screw in the hexagonal brass bush on left of burner.
Have a piece of rag handy, and if nothing comes out, then press burner reset button. When oil comes out, hold in reset button and replace allen screw. Burner now bled.
