Rigid conduit to flexi conduit

Hi all,
What is the best way to connect rigid conduit to flexi conduit for the final run?

Via a thru box (or angle box) I would have thought.

Is the rigid conduit and the flexi conduit both PVC?

Yes they are both PVC, just wondering how to do it with connectors etc.

Screw a flexible conduit end into a female adaptor and glue it on to the end of the rigid conduit

I would connect a female adapter end to the conduit box, via a very short piece of conduit. Remove the bush from the adapter and connect the flexi conduit adapter to this.

I would use a conduit box, as some sort of inspection box will make drawing wires in considerably easier.
