risco any good?

got a quote to install risco/rokonet home security system.

are they any good? compared to texecom, honeywell, adt etc.

the panel is gt600 series.
the pirs are V40DT. (don't think its the V40QDT)

Different people=different opinions.

My opinion= Yes!

Just one to remember, the alarm will only be as good as the installation. crap installation means a crap alarm. Are the co NSI or SSAIB?

unfortunately, the company is neither nsi nor ssaib!

2 out of the 3 comps who gave us quotes are not registered.

one was nsi registered but then their quote is for the least equipment and the highest cost!

so i'll probably DIY.
