Morning all.
Have a roof with a few timbers needing replacing due to historic woodworm (this will get treated too). The actual slates outside are 100% fine, and no signs sagging or distortion outside. Won't need insulation as this is being done separately to joists below. So my question to experienced roofers is: can this timber replacement work be done from the inside, without having to remove all the slates, so I can avoid all the weather problems of external work?
