Rotted Bath Frame/Stud - How to Repair?

Have had a leak from a shower screen which a tenant had very helpfully partially-siliconed to the bath and hinge after throwing the seal away - it has rotted the bottom corner of the frame, the bottom of the stud upright and the cover piece (pictures attached), and the wood is still very wet further up.

What’s going to be the simplest way to repair this without dismantling the whole shower stud wall - should I be looking to splice in new timber, or would an epoxy filler work?

Dry it out, treat it with rot killer, then continue a little bit of skirting board of the same profile as the one round the corner, over the damage and paint it

Tub of filler would be fine too

I would like to see a few pictures further back, I bet this property is not looked after.

It’s had some troublesome tenants who have just left. There was no visible rot with the bath panels in place.

Should not have exposed timber near a bath , asking for trouble .
