Round-head sleeve anchors

Try unscrewing the old anchor 1/2" or so, and tapping the head back in....it may just release the compressed shaft of the anchor enough for you to waggle it out. Original rawlbolts come out easily enough (usually) this way.

Could you remove the bolts and leave the sleves in place, and then just put new bolts back into the same sleeves?
