I wonder which software translater was used for that, babel?
 
A relay contact in a telephone exchange module was described as a "priceless rebounding contact" .

A better translation was "bounce free" for the mercury wetted contact.

But then the original Polish manual had been translated to an Indian language and then from that into English
 
One of the first SLR's to be sold in this country had a message on the inside of the back cover, "Please do not touch the flipping mirror"!
