I've recently installed our wood burner with a back boiler.

I'm currently installing floor and stud walls upstairs. So it's going to be a good while before the back boiler is fully plumbed in and working.
Can I run the wood burner without water in the back boiler?
The boilers are not connected to anything yet, so obviously vented to air.
I've only done a draw test on the wood burner, so far.
