No, it is common sense though that it should be accessable i.e. if your chip pan catches fire.

cheers sparks. You can't all be bad. I'll try to think twice on site not to fill the boxes with plaster when I'm skimming.
 
i don't know if you already know the trick but apparently if you fill the boxes with newspaper before skimming then you can just go right over them and easilly break them open when the plaster dries.
