Hi,

I have a Salus Rxrt505 Receiver that comes paired with my RT500RF Thermostat. The light has turned off, has no power and as a result we have no heating!

The boiler is still working and providing hot water, and the programmer still works, but the receiver isn't receiving any power for some reason. Any suggestions?

This is what the wiring behind the receiver looks like.

Thank you in advance!

If you don't have 240 at the receiver, link the com and NO together and you should get heating (performing safe isolation first of course)

 ...The 'COM' terminal is fed via a link from the L Supply to the receiver, so if there isn't 240V at the receiver there won't be anything going to the COM either, so joining it to 'NO' won't achieve anything.

Of course, silly me. Head been mashed last few days from boiler faults.
