my saniflow blades will only spin ever so slightly. if i give them a slight push with a screwdriver they actuate fully. any thoughts?

The capacitor has failed and therefore should be replaced.
hey flame, thanks so much for the quick response. i truly appreciate it. now im off to find out which part is the capcitor and replace it.
