Sanitary Silicone

Looking for some recommendations for silicone for sanitary use that wont get mouldy and sticks well almost like how CT1 sticks to stuff. Mainly for finishing off shower tray to tile joints and corners and shower screens. Some cheap silicone i've made mistake of using in the past just don't seem to have any real adhesion so doesn't really stick. I've read good reviews about the Dow 785+ Bacteria-Resistant Sanitary Silicone. Is this a good product and does it act like a glue too? Or any other recommendations? I'm looking for something that also acts similar to CT1 glue aswell.
