Scantronic I-ON press addr buttons on wired keypad

Does anyone know what to do? Its a Scantronic I-ON30EXD and this is the only keypad that has ever been on the system. It is showing the following and I don't know what it means. Any help will be much appreciated.

Sounds like a data issue - try pressing A + tick for 3 seconds to assign address
